Nanofi ltration is a unique fi ltration process in-between UF and RO designed to achieve highly specifi c separation of low molecular weight compounds such as minerals and salts from complex process streams. Typical applications include de-ashing of dairy products, recovery of hydrolyzed proteins, concentration of sugars and purifi cation of soluble dyes and pigments.
